To inquire about an order, you can contact a Customer Service Representative via email shop@swisscosmet.com or by telephone 727.842.9419.  Our office is open Monday to Friday during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, but please be advised that we are not open on bank holidays. Due to security issues, please do not send credit card numbers in your message.

Should you wish to change your order, please immediately contact a Customer Service Representative since all orders are filled on a very prompt basis.

To learn the status of your shipping order, please go on www.ups.com, click on «Track a Package» and type your shipping reference number that appears on your shipping notice.

Delivery Information

Orders will be sent via UPS.  Delivery times are set forth below. Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). We're sorry, but dispatching is not available for orders being dispatched to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Swisscosmet Corp. complies with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing product transport.

Return Policy

In order to request to return your product(s), you must contact us via email at shop@swisscosmet.com within 7 days of having received your product(s).  Please provide detailed information for your reason for requesting a return. Returns may be accepted or denied in our sole discretion. If we approve your return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number, along with further details, via e-mail. No returns will be processed without a Return Authorization number. Duties and taxes are not refunded in the case of returned products and the Company is not responsible for such charges.
